We do not offer rug pads in house, but we have extensively tested multiple kinds of rug pads. Our favorite is Rug Pad USA - they are felt top and rubber bottom, so the rugs stay in place amazingly with these pads and also add a bit of cushion.

We recommend 1/2 - 1/4 inch thick for comfy spaces like living rooms & bedrooms and if you want a little padding under a kitchen runner.

1/8 inch thick for dining rooms, bathrooms, foyers, halls etc (and kitchens if you want less padding)
