SALES:

When our website is having any sort of sale, purchases are final sale. 

Any discounted rugs (with the exception of designer trade discounts) are final sale.

Sales are not eligible for rugs on hold, or past sales.

Designer discounts are treated as regular priced sale (store credit)

For Regular Priced Vintage Rugs:
Most vintage rug shops are final sale but we are not! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer Store Credit so you can be sure to swap your rug out with one that is perfect. Please understand that these are VINTAGE ONE OF A KIND rugs. Some rugs may have a bit of wearing, fading, imperfections and color variation throughout the rug. These are not flaws. We do our best to describe colors, but sometimes it's impossible to disclose every single color as most rugs have hundreds of different shades and color variations.  This is what we love most about the rugs and why they are each so unique. Colors may vary in different lighting environments and dimensions may vary by about an inch or two through the rug. 


If the vintage rug turns out to be not what you wanted or does not fit your space, then we accept returns for store credit only on regular priced rugs. Sales and sale priced rugs are final sale. Returns must be requested and shipped within 3 days of the delivery of the rug. This is to ensure the rug is not sitting in another home for too long (pet dander etc) and is only fair to the next buyer that we know where the rug has been!

Each rug has a $50 restock fee for rugs $1500 or less and $100 for rugs over $1500. Initial shipping & return shipping is paid for by the buyer.

Please contact us for return address. We recommend UPS or Fed Ex for shipping. We are not responsible for any lost packages with any of the carriers.
