Return Policy

For Vintage Rugs:

Please understand that these are VINTAGE ONE OF A KIND rugs. Some rugs may have a bit of wearing, fading, imperfections and color variation throughout the rug. We do our best to describe colors, but sometimes it's impossible to disclose every single color as most rugs have hundreds of different shades and color variations.  This is what we love most about the rugs and why they are each so unique. 

If the vintage rug turns out to be not what you wanted or does not fit your space, then we accept returns for store credit only on regular priced rugs. Returns must be requested and shipped within 3 days of the delivery of the rug. This is to ensure the rug is not sitting in another home for too long (pet dander etc) and is only fair to the next buyer that we know where the rug has been! Initial shipping & return shipping is paid for by the buyer and there is a $50 restock fee. Please reach out with any other questions. 

In person consults and special custom source rugs are final sale.

No cancellations.

For Newly Made Rugs:

Newly made rugs are something we are just starting to experiment with, and the return policy will be a dit different. If the rug does not fit your expectations or space, then it may be returned for a refund less $50 restocking fee if initiated and returned within 3 days of delivery. We are strict with the time frame, we are a small business and the rug will need to be resold and cannot be sitting in someones home for a long time. Customer pays for return shipping. 

 

Please contact us for return address. We recommend UPS or Fed Ex for shipping. We are not responsible for any lost packages with any of the carriers.
